Member Question - How to remove Access Denied Error from my ning network

Dear Jensocial Team

 

When I want to download some thing from my ning network www.virtualians.pkit shows an error of

 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://storage.ning.com/topology/rest/1.0/file/get/963872764?profile=original" on this server.

Kindly tell me how to remove this error

What are the exact circumstances? It appears that this is a broken or secure link. Even if you could access the file, it being a rar compressed file, you would need to save and then extract to local computer.

Ning might can help more than we can.
