How to change codes in Facebook like button and Google+?

Hi There,

I use the code by Jen. Thank you so much for sharing the codes, it works greatly in my site (above photo). I do not like the following text after Facebook like button, I love the button like photo below, but I do not know how to change the code. Can you please help me? Thank you so much.

The code below is dispalyed on my Social Media page and dispalys tweet, share, messanger, myspace, like and google+1 buttons.
