I need some help on how to make visible or make a search bar like the one that is above in my ning network!

I don't know if comes by default when a ning network is open or one needs tos et it up, and if is by default, why I don't have it in my network?

I made a css page for that site so, I don't know if I missed that or if when added, I hided!

Can anybody help me, step by step on what to do?

I did followed the indications in some discussions on creators but never worked, I even opened a google account and copied and pasted in the css code on the page I did!

Or do I need to make a tab? or paste it somewhere else?

any steps on settings?
