If you are asking how to make your background (the sides) stay in place (fixed) as the page scrolls, this should help:

I do see problems on your site with a fixed background. It appears that you have added your background in more than one place. You need to make sure it's not added via Appearance/All Options/Side Image - - and only in the Advanced CSS, like the tutorial explains above.
