Do you mean Vertical, since the default is horizontal? If yes, sorry I have not created a Vertical on Ning 3.0.

I wrote the CSS for most of it myself and took the advice of other designers on other parts. Here is the CSS section I used to make the Navbar do as I wanted:

I have managed to do my nav in a vertical bar, but it has some kinks and bugs so I have much work to do on it.

I have found one problem with the new Vertical nav I created for my 3.0... I never use cell phones or those type of devices. A friend who does showed me pics which reveal the Vertical Nav I created does not work well with them... Not even sure how to make it interactive... Grrrrrrrrrrrr

Sorry, I should have mentioned that. It will be difficult to make it work well with responsive design. You'll have to set special styles for the different type of devices, gets a bit complicated.
