I hope someone has experience with this and can lend you a hand. But guessing, you'll need to hire a Developer to do this.

Thanks Jen, sorry about the late reply. 

I have an idea to work around this problem. Do you know if there's any way I can do a full RSS feed export of my ning network. On every Ning network the same promoted (or featured) story is linked to the RSS feed at the bottom of the blog archive page, can I possibly draw up a link (that's maybe already there) to put every blog on the site into one RSS? Or at least grab an RSS for each individual page of blog posts?

Sorry if that didn't make sense. I also have a ton of crawl errors in webmaster tools and I think the platform move from NING to WP is affecting my SEO.
