customize Maintenance page like Thisis50.com

Hi there...!! i would like to customize my networks Maintenance page just like THISIS50.COM where by they have add videos and a chat room for there members to watch on the maintenance page when Ning networks are on maintenance..


Please help...

No doubt thisis50 has a team of developers. Most of their code is not on the Ning server.
