CONVERTING FORUM DISCUSSION TO AN RSS FEED FOR FEED BURNER?

For some reason I am having a difficult time converting my forum discussion page to an RSS feed to use with feed burner. They say I don't have a URL. Any ideas?

I checked your site. The reason the RSS Feed will not work is due to your Forums being private. To my knowledge, RSS Feeds only work for public feeds.

For example, sign out of your site, and try to access feed:

http://projecteve.com/forum?feed=yes&xn_auth=no

Well that is bizarre. As soon as I wrote that, went back and it was public. So, with that said, the URL below should work.
