Adding the Desktop View menu option

Hi Rodney,
JenSocial is still running on 2.0. There is no desktop view in 3.0, but really it's not a mobile view either. Ning 3.0 is responsive and the 2 differences from desktop view are:
- Menu Buttons
- Site is displayed in one column
It should be much closer to the desktop experience than the older mobile views.
