Ning video conferencing made simple.

Just log  in to your google account in https://developers.google.com/+/hangouts/button copie the  hangout logo plus link it to  ning page as html and saved it.

when you run and click the link ,it you will automatically go to your hangout page with your google account then , invite all your  Ning members to log in to my hangout request with their google user name and that is it, formed it as a group and it is done

try it and see it works for me
