ESSAY COMPETITION FOR DISABLED - WORLD DISABLED DAY
On eve of World Disabled Day I would like to invite competative articles, drawing and any other allied skills on DISABILITY or Disability Development issue on the following conditions:

1. Only Disabled Persons eligible to participate in the contest

2. Article/drawing etc should be focused only on disability issue

3. Sender should be having valued postal address and medical certificate

4. Should reach me on or before 2nd December 2008 along with disability certificate

5. My decision is final and requested to be patient

6. Winners eligible for get prizes by online shoppings like e-bay etc

7. One entry for one disabled persons, however they could send at most articles,
and me have a right to publish them in my forums etc.

8. Prizes should be only one and no 2nd or 3rd prizes given
