Yes sadly this is me

Yes I am easily amused and can make myself rather happy alone with my camera. LMAO.

Anywho, I am a mother of entirely to many children and love them all just as much as any mother can. I am an advocate and champion of my children, but do try hard to keep the munchkins in line. In 2005 I got a letter that changed my life and I know has changed the lives of many people before me and many after me. I found out my children had Autism. Over the course of the following years I realized just how little real awareness was out there for them. There were so many resources available for raising funds and trying to find a cure or a cause, that the real awareness became lost in the shuffle. Still there was no one out there that could look me in the eye and say, I felt the same way as you.

So I realized in that same moment, that they could not if I did not speak up. So I spilled every dirty nasty thought on my mind. I held nothing back, and soon I had parents coming to me, saying "I cannot believe that you felt just like I did!"

That was when I created AANA. My site, is one of my children. My heart and soul laid out so the world can see just what Autism is.

The connections on AANA include, parents, grandparents, siblings, neighbors, family, friends, educators, professionals, and ones with Autism themselves. At AANA, everyone gets to know the other side of the aspect. ALL sides of the aspect.

My goal is to teach the world about the unedited truth of autism so that one day when my children step out that door, they have the same chances as the child next door. They are not going to be autistic when they start their lives but adults with a future.

It would be great if you added a nice large link to your site. :-)
