Okay here's the bad news and good news :

Good News : There's new awesome comment box across all Ning! I've used it and loving it by the second !

Bad News : People are still figuring out how to change the background of it comment box and me too haven't figure it out because it's in an iframe box. Maybe some hack will do it. But it cannot change each member, it the same :'( because only Network Creator can access to scripts etc. [Many People has been asking about making the iframe [the box one transparent yet it still has the letters in it, we can put the bg behind it]

That's my trouble for the week, after i finish 2 theme. Well because of the not working comment box, i could do some more [because there about 300 letters left in the CSS box limit, so I had to use don't i? ] Hahaha ! When i figure it out how to css hack it, i'll update this post :)

Tips !
Use the same your_bg_comment url for both class that use this.xg_profiles_chatterwall_post_comment and td.mceIframeContainer.mceFirst.mceLast, this would ask like a layer effect when you press the HTML button and the usual button

The Idea is making the iframe of the box, to have 50% in Opacity
I tested it in Chrome-FF- and Internet Explorer and it works!

This is only temporary, I cannot change the IFRAME Because the only the creator can do so, and it's ning. my suspicion is correct and now it's confirmed by Angella's comment to me about it in Skemaholic :).

If you do know the fix, we want to know :) !
