Go to Microsoft Translator page (widget), and create/grab the code for the Translator, here:
http://www.microsofttranslator.com/Widget/

  1. Select your site language, colors and set width to minimum of 200px.
  2. Agree with MS Translator Terms, by checking the box.
  3. Generate your code.
  4. Edit your code, to place at top of your Ning Network. Basically, you are floating the translator on your site. Unfortunately, it will not fit properly in the right column.
  5. To Edit, locate this string:
    style="width: 200px; min-height: 83px; border-color: #yourbordercolor; background-color: #yourbackgroundcolor;"
  6. Change this string to:
    style="position:absolute; top:15px;margin-left:45%; margin-right:55%; margin-top:15px; width: 200px; min-height: 83px; border-color: #yourbordercolor; background-color: #yourbackgroundcolor;"
  7. Be sure not to delete any other characters or code, when you edit.
  8. The position parameter for top, places the widget # of pixels from top of your site. The margin parameters do the same, and are necessary for some browsers. You'll need to experiment with the placement.
  9. Copy/paste the edited code to Analytics Box, and SAVE.

WARNING: I cannot guarantee this code will not cause error messages on your Ning Network - - especially in IE. Be sure to test your site in all Browsers. Make sure there are no new error messages, due to this installation.
