On a Ning Page, you can add and call bookmarks, just like you would in any HTML.
A bookmark is a special link holder you create within your HTML. When a site visitor clicks on the special link, it will take them to the exact spot where you create/add your bookmark.

Special Link Site Visitor Clicks On:

href="http://yourning.ning.com/page/pagename/#book_mark_name">This is
how you call the bookmark, below. A good example of when you might need this type of hyperlink, is if you want a link to take a site visitor back to the top of a Ning page. And instead of what I've typed here, you might just add the word "TOP" without the quotes. When you add the link, like this one, don't forget to include the #. That is the symbol that indicates the link is looking for a bookmark.</a>


Bookmark You Create, and Where the Link Above Will Take The Site Visitor:
The bookmark is on the page called pagename.
<a name="book_mark_name">This is how you name the book mark, just
like in any HTML. If you use the TOP example, be sure to add this special bookmark at top of your page, and maybe call it "top", instead of "book_mark_name". When you actually create this bookmark, DO NOT add any text where I am typing these instructions.</a>
