If i am correct ,
You want to add a co-registration page of your website(not Ning network) in a Ning Network ?
Then you should make a form and ask the other NIng network owner to use HTML iframe your form into their site or inject the form into the Sign-Up page of the Ning network as you own your own Database.

But if you want to add a co-registration page of your NING NETWORK in another Ning network ...
That will be impossible as you have no access to your NIng network's ftp/database.

yes I want to do a co-registration page of my Ning network, so I guess that this is not possible.

When you say that I can use an iframe, do you think that I could just do that? put an iframe with my sign in form, then I don't need access to my database? Or am I missing something?

All Ning networks pages cannot be iframe . Ning install a script that prevents that . My iframe mean is you iframe your non-ning website , then that will be possible.

I know you've been busy studying and missed this announcement. Not too long ago, Ning started allowing Ning sites to be embedded in an iframe.

then you can iframe your registration page into the other Ning network .
Just go to your sign up page , copy the link and ask the other network's admin to create a page then inside that page use a HTML iframe to iframe the link you copied just now .
