I really don't understand what you're asking. You can reset a member profile photo to the Network default photo. That feature is available on profile pages under Admin Options: Reset Profile Photo

Jen this time I don't want change in users profile.

I would like to change my photo profile using CSS, becous i'd like to add animation icon.
Now we can not add animation profile photo.

I don't think there is a way to do this. Because even if you figured out a workaround, the Ning platform would reload a special image algorithm that would resize and remove the animation - - if that makes sense.

That would be real nice to have, I have seen this in YUKU as your avatar.
It certainty pops out from the page maybe in the near future ning will implement it
