First thing to do is to advise them to use the "Forgot my password" link in the sign in box.

If that does not work. Try looking up his name in the members section of your administration.

However, in case you are not aware of the password problem that is going on right now which may be the cause of your members problem, go to Ning Network Creators Forum and do a search for the several threads on this. There is a problem with the necessity of someone who uses an email to sign in to another ning network. They must use the same password as they established in the other network. More on that forum.

No, you can't change it for them. But you can give them these instructions:

1. Click on Sign-In

2. Look at bottom of Sign-In page, and click on Forgot your password?

It's located directly below the Sign-In Button.
