You can change it in your language editor.

Add this to your CSS to hide the entire thing

#xg_foot {display: none!important;}

this if you just want to hide the badge, TOS & report an issue

p.right.xg_lightfont {display:none!important;}

  I first hide the entire foot. I'm not part yet of the premium group, but very soon i wish i will be able to enjoy that tip.

It depends on when you created your site. Ning has changed this once again. For new sites, you can't remove it, without breaking their Terms of Service. See this discussion about all the details:
