How do you legally protect your network and its name and logo?
How do you legally protect your network and its name and logo? Do you just count on the copyright? Do you trademark your logo? Incorporate or LLC your business?
There is a group in another country using my name (I don't know why, they don't speak English). I began the group in 2006, and always had copyright on the website. I recently made it an LLC.

I live in Australia and my question is Does your copyright and LLC is it only valid in your country where you live or are the licenses cover the whole world ?
