Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. You need to contact Ning Support via phone or submit a ticket. You have a private network, so we can't look. And honestly, I don't think anyone here could help you with this.

 

To submit ticket, go to: My Network/Support (bottom left)

If you can't get to your manage panel and have Ning Pro, you can call Ning during the week at:
