Alright, I'm tired of tech support so I'll try here.

I have recently removed some apps from my network. Sharendipity and Polldaddy from Ning along with Listings and Ideas from Appsio.

As soon as I removed them my Accordion Slider stopped collapsing. I didn't stand on one foot or use chicken blood or anything when I removed them. I simply deleted the tab in the tab manager and any text box on the main page where they were before.

  • I didn't add any new codes or alter any old ones that may be causing a conflict and it was still worked fine on my test network.
  • I then copied the settings to my test network and the accordion stopped working there as well.
  • The code itself is fine. It's the same one I have had for months.
  • I even replaced it with an older backup file that I'm 100% sure was fine.
  • I have since deleted everything out of my custom code & css except for the accordion code on my test network and it's still hung up.
  • I have cleared cookies & browser history & Ning tech support says they cleared the cache.

Has anyone had this problem or have any ideas as to how to clear out some lingering code? I don't even care if the network is reset to an earlier date (like system restore). I have everything backed up and can quickly get it back to where I need it.

Thanks in advance....

That is totally bizarre. Thank you for all the details - - love the one foot chicken blood comment, LOL! I'll take a look at your network if it's still installed, and see if I can make sense of this. Better still, please send me signin credentials and link to your test site, via private email.

Best,

Jen

Thanks my dear. Just sent you message. I wiped everything down to the bare bones on the test network to make it easier.
