Hi Jen,

 

Thanks for the help...I was talking the Ning search bar color using the new design studio. Since its a new site, I have no access to the old CSS advance section like we do with the old Ning site.

In the new design studio, I'm not seeing an option to make any changes to the Ning search bar that ran right across the top.

Hi Jen,

I got the help I need on Ning creator, link below. With the design work you done on my site, I know you were able to put a image in the Ning search bar instead of color. Is it possible to do the same with the new Ning theme studio?

In this case, you should be able to use the same code on both old and new. Here's the background bar I use on my modules, as an example:

#xn_bar {background: url("http://storage.ning.com/topology/rest/1.0/file/get/137627902?profile=original") repeat-x #FFFFFF !important; }

 

You don't need the quotes around the image URL. I do this so the long image link isn't broken when I add it here.
