ANY WAY TO CHANGE MEMBER NAME COLOUR?

Hi guys is there anyone who would know how to change the name colour fo your members?

I think it needs some script.

I am thinking of giving this feature away as cool prizes and promotions. Thanks very much for your help and tips.
