Emergency and Disaster Responders Support Network Site

A place for those who risk their lives, go in harms way and do the hard thing to help others. First Responders like Police and Fire Personnel as well as Second Responders like Red Cross, Salvation Army, Southern Baptist Disaster Relief and so many more are in the immediate forefront of emergencies and disasters.

When the call is traumatic, responders may become impacted or emotionally effected by what we have seen or experienced. This may come in symptoms of loss of sleep, difficulty focusing, mood swings from unconsolabally sad to just normal to some people will choose alchohol or drugs as coping responses to try to manage their trauma. We are there to provide help to all impacted.. responder as well support beyond them...who may feel like they would have the quality help they need for free. Let us help you when you need it.

This site is here to provide a safe place to share and let down any day. But when the bad calls come out way, it is a place to vent, debrief and seek peer support to manage the event and make sure we are ready to respond again. If you have peer support... you are fortunate... if not... this site is a safe place for you.

Members are welcome from all responder groups, their immediate family and supporters that are guests to provide support and encouragement.
