Are you referring to the member scroll that shows who's online? If yes, unfortunately that is no longer available to Ning Networks. That was part of the Scripts4Ning scripts, and no way to install on Networks that didn't have it in the beginning.

bummer i have moved my sites to socialparadox and was hoping it would work on my site their, if you have the code could i get it and try it, and tell me where i have to put the code etc

To my knowledge, it's not possible to copy the code. It's comprised of several files, deep within the system. Plus, there is no way it would work on another platform, even if we could grab it.
