Your photo is great just the way it is. We just offer the suggestion to help promote your site. In regards to the photo upload problem, is it the cropping tool or other issue? We're seeing this a lot on Ning sites where custom code is installed, and specifically where extra jquery.js files are called into Custom Code Box. But, it's intermittent, and not always happening. In fact, to be safe, I'm trying to update tips.
