Terms And Conditons Acceptance Page

Hi all - Any info on this gratefully received, as usual ning creators have not replied to me!

 

What I would like to do is put up a legal document that I have had drawn up as an "I accept" Terms and Conditions page, preferably at sign in so even existing members have to accept before their next visit.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately I don't have any ideas, other than a splash page forcing a new member to click on "agree to terms". And, it would take custom programming code to make this happen.
