I noticed your comments about wordpress etc...I'm not sure what you mean exactly, but will let you know - - you cannot use wordpress themes for your ning theme. On the other comments, there are no magic solutions, except spending time working with your site. I suggest working with the platform, and spending a lot of time on Ning's Help pages, and then our Tip section. It takes time to learn any platform. I highly recommend you start here:
