Yes, it is quite difficult to figure out which occurrence to change in the Language Editor. Here's a CSS trick that may help. I believe that the "content" attribute works across all browsers. I don't use it much. Add this code to your Advanced CSS, via My Network/Settings/Appearance:
.xg_widget_main .module_video .xg_module_head h2:before {content:'Featured ';}
