By request I shared my SimpliCITY drop down menu for Ning networks on Creators. I was asked recently via a personal message here on JenSocial to share my updated CSS which has a hover effect.   I have attached an HTML file with both the current HTML and CSS for MyAppleSpace.com   Enjoy :)
