  The ranking system we use is not available to new members. Ning took over those scripts from a 3rd party Scripts4Ning (S4N), and closed all new membership. It was a monthly subscription service. They stated several months back, they would add some of the scripts to the Ning platform, free for all. But, they have never committed to which, or when.
  
  http://www.ningmods.com/ has a rewards system as part of their monthly subscription service. It's $14.95 a month.
