Hi Thomas, I'm looking at your site. Overall, nice job. I like the clean and simple look. It's been proven over and over again (aside from thisis50.ning.com), the clean is always more successful. You have to take this "consult" as, just my opinion/preference. I think instead of the gray background on your modules, white would look better. And, you could add some color to the main background, so not too much white. Here's the CSS for the module background if you need it. This would be added to your CSS code via Manage/Appearance/Advanced CSS .xg_module_body {background-color:#ffffff!important;} Tip: The !important overrides other settings, like "All Options". You should however, be able to change that via Manage/Appearance/All Options/Module (I think, LOL) I write straight CSS, and rarely use the All Options. In other words, I usually write code that bypasses those settings. Again, just my suggestions, white module background and color for main background (like a subtle gradient). If you go this route, search google for "seamless background tiles", without the quotes. Then when you upload via "All Options/Side Image", you would select "tile" image. Hey, just found one that's not subtle, but really cool. I think you're supposed to pay a buck or so. If you like it, I would try it on a test network first. Check this out.

    Best of luck, Jen

    Hey Thomas,
I think you're going to need the purchased version of that tile. I don't think it's but a few dollars.

I've never purchased from dreamstime, I don't think.

On how to get members, lot of work and due diligence. Please see the email I sent you earlier.

Now, after (if you decide to use the tile) you get that sorted, you need to upload a png version of your logo, with transparent background, instead of white background.

    Looking good!
    Jen

You're a step ahead of me! LOL! I see that you've already changed your logo to transparent background - - good job!

Tells friends, colleagues, send emails to old friends, create free press releases, submit good content to Digg.com, create a Twitter account and follow like-minded people and tweet, create a facebook fan page, etc... - - you need to read the blog post I emailed you.

Yes, I definitely agree on no spamming. It is hard work. You're headed in the right direction. Just keep taking the steps one-by-one. There is no magic button. Unless you have 100s of thousands to spend in advertising. You're doing it, you don't realize it yet.

Me too - - can so relate to those comments.

    Wishing you tons of blessings,
