Hi MTCCSD,
On your question about where to insert the CSS:
From your page, locate your profile image (upper left). Under this, click on 'My Page/Appearance/Advanced Tab'. Under CSS, add these styles. I tested these on your page, and this is what worked.
Can you show me where you got these instructions, so I can update them? Ning has changed the command from "Theme" to "Appearance". That's most likely why you couldn't find it.
Hi,
I got a little confused with the extra code you left on my page. Just add the code I gave below to bottom of the CSS.
Then on your logo, did you try to uploading under All Options (tab to left of Advanced) as Network Logo? I believe that should work. I think one reason you having problems is this particular built-in Ning template. It's bad to overwrite custom CSS. I've had issues with it too.
You need to add this exact code to the bottom of the CSS.
#xg_sitename, #xg_sitedesc {display:none!important;}
#xg_masthead {height:200px; min-height:200px!important;}
Go to 'My Page/Appearance/Advanced Tab
Add the code to very bottom of CSS
Click on Save.
Then we need to figure out why your logo will not upload. Let's try one step at a time.

Great! Now, let's figure out how to add your logo. Can you upload it here, so I know for sure what you're trying to upload? I assume it's the same as your profile photo, but not sure.
;-)
Okay, great. I see your banner. This is what I need. I need you to upload again, and select the upload option of thumbnail and popup, so I can grab the large version. In the meantime, I'll go to your Ning and see if it's there.
