the search utility at ning.com strangely sucks!

would be cool to have a rating feature for the sites here too.

also, I'd be curious to know what are all the top ning sites in terms of members, so if you are ever able to find that out, might make for an interesting blog post.

...or even, how many sites have 100+ members. We only ever here how many sites in total, and I figure 70% of those have less than 20 people.

Welcome, and thank you for adding your Network to the Directory! You may want to change your member name to your Network name: BigLife.ws. This will give more notice when potential new members see your Community listed here on the Directory.

Please invite your Network Creator friends! The more Ning Networks added to the Directory, the better for all of us.

Now, to reply to your awesome suggestions:

- - This is a little tricky. I'm using the Rating platform to build our "actual" categorized list of Networks. It's in development and will go into production by mid-week!
:-) I could use the forums for this, but I wouldn't have Vince's awesome fields, like web addresses - - which we must have for this feature. However, what's slowing me down? Trying to figure out how to have both the categorized, searchable list, and the Ratings. I'll keep you posted.

Just a tip: You might want to change your member name from it's current setting to your network name. Additionally, you could upload your Ning Network icon (unless the photo of you is the network icon). This will give you better exposure when potential new members are searching for communities.
