In social networks, you always need short, uniform and easy remembering URL addresses for your profiles in these social networks. For examples

Google+ is a very new free social service provided by Google. Once you get it in, sure you need a short & easy remembering URL address for your Google+ profile. Then you can easily tell your friends and the world how to connect with you in Google+.

For example, this is my  Google+ profile originally:

And this is the  Google+ profile url I tell friends:

http://gplus.to/class2u

For now,  Google+ don't have customize url address officially. But there is a trusty alternative. Just follow these 1234 steps:

0. Go to http://gplus.to

1. Enter your customize nick name on the left.

2. Go to your Google+ profile page, click on your profile photo. Get the ID numbers from the url as show in the image. Then enter it to  http://gplus.to on the right side.

3. Click add button.

4. You get your new short & easy remembering URL address for your Google+
