How do I include form on discussion?

I need to include a form2mail in every discussion. The email destination is different for every discussion, so I have to include manually. Is there some way what javascript code works? It's possible to include php code in ning?

    Hi Claudio,

    There is no way to run PHP code on the Ning platform.  There is a way to use javascript as a kind of interface between your Ning site and an external server that has PHP or ASPX code to send email.  I have made custom apps like this before and you may want to hire me to make a custom app for you that does what you need.  It would have a control panel where you could enter the email destination for every discussion.  Then we can add a form to the discussions and a button to email the data in the form to the email destination for that discussion.  The fee for my custom apps starts at $300 and goes up from there depending on how complex the app is.  I don't think that this one is very complex so the fee will be near $300.  If that's in your budget, email me directly at TJ@BKServ.com with as much details on what the app needs to do, and I'll get back to you right away.
