Tell Google Translate Not to translate names?

I need some help ;0)

I am using google translate on my site and it really does a great job. The only problem I am running into is it keeps translating peoples names. I found this code that will tell google translate not to translate something. I added the code ning uses to pull a name and placed it in the center. I posted it in custom code and tried it in advanced css. No luck ;(

I would love some help if anyone has any ideas? I am not sure what code to use to try to identify member names, and then to tell Google translate not to translate it, and then where to place the code.
