Your Video is being converted - problem

this is probably a silly question but: I have uploaded an MP4 video to my NING network [http://social.aplicor.com/video/gartner-analyst-and-scott] and I have a nasty little image, in about 10 diff languages, that reads; "your video is being converted" - what is this and when will it stop? It's been almost an hour now... Please advise & thanks!

It's been a while since I've uploaded a large video, in fact very few ever. Make sure it's not over the limit (think it's 100MB). It could be that the video has actually uploaded, and the message for converting is the problem.

 

Update: I just noticed Tom mentioned this too, and sounds like he noticed the video on your site.
