I just paid for another year to keep my website, but now I can't approve new members or see my subtabs on the main page. When I go to Tabs in the manager, it doesn't load either. My pictures on the main page don't load either. Can someone help me fix my website, because if it stays this way, the site is useless to me and my members.

You need to submit a support ticket to Ning.

Thanks for responding Jen. I've never had to do that before. Is there a link for support tickets? I can't find it.

It's located under My Network, bottom left under Tools. I can't remember which plans have this option.  Seems Ning added it to all now. I don't think the mini plan had the built-in support link in the beginning.

Jen, I don't see anything that says My Network or Tools on this site or any other page I have, so you need to be more clear about how to submit a ticket to get help. I don't understand why my site doesn't work anymore anyway, since I just spent money to make sure it doesn't close...now I can't even use what I pay for?

Ning really needs to step up their game and make getting help easier. I still can't access anything on my page and I am not impressed with any of the new changes since we have had to start paying for services. It shouldn't matter who pays what amount. We should all have tech help available 24/7 and EASY to locate. If this doesn't stop, I will not be paying for another years service when there are free sites I can use.

If you do not see "My Network" in your main menu bar, or possibly "Manage", then I don't know how to help you.

Maybe your best bet is to add a Discussion on Ning's Creator site here:
