How do I edit who can upload Music

I've recently upgraded my account to a Pro membership so no my site has music players. The original player settings allow everyone to upload music, I'd only like for musicians to be able to upload music how do I do that?

I don't think there's a way to control who can or cannot upload music. I looked around the platform from the manage panel and didn't see any settings for music.
