Greetings!!
I was on 50 Cent's ning site and I was wanting to know how I could do something similar to the banner style he has set up on his page.
The banner that I'm reffering to is below the navigation and is divided in to three parts 2 are his own personal adds and one is google. I don't want you guys to think I'm stupid I have read the posts on how to place flash banners in the header and I am able to do so but this seems a little bit moreadvanced. Please help me I haven't slept in days trying to figure this out.
Jay

Jay,
It would take anyone a good deal of time and customization to acquire the same look. There is no generic version that I know of. I hope Ning gives us a slider plug-in someday. But like you already mentioned, this has even more elements than that. You can start by googling simple sliders. That's a good start.
Good luck with your customization,
Jen
