Can't find "Manage" button...

I'm wanting to turn my site into 2 columns, and under Features I can't find the "Manage" button to add the additional column as it shows in the tutorial here on this site. It's probably right in front of me..... 

Would love a little help. Thank you so much!

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to go to the Dashboard / Appearances / 

The default view will be "Customize" but switch to the "Layout"

Use the LEFT or RIGHT scrolling arrows to see all the layout views = there are 3 column and 2 column choices there.

I feel so much smarter now! Thank you! I cannot believe that I looked at that and didn't even see it. Pssssh! Incredible, the things we miss at times.
