Love your banner It looks like lighting has struck the letters Cool

I like your banner, but IMHO it's way too tall, and you have basically no content above the "fold". Also, and this may sound silly, to me for a Christian Site I'm kind of expecting light colors for the main background, instead of black. But, the word Warrior may need that color, just thinking as I type. ;-)

Pros:

• "Strategic Discipline" and the "Disclaimer".
• Good layout.
• Very clean and easy to read.

Suggestions:

• Banner should be 1/3 of current size (use these to see what members see:http://browsersize.googlelabs.com/ or FoldTester.com)
• Personally, I think the magenta & teal colors clash a little..just my opinion.
• Bottom of the page needs to be evened out. Try moving some things around in your features layout. I like to use Jens' scroll bars Here for forums, blogs & latest activity (tweak the codes for each one) and adjust the height. That way you can keep a lot of content, but the main page is only 4 or 5 pages long.
