I was wondering if i could use a Wordpress plugin on ning?

Its php based and i just wondering if i can intergrate it to my ning if so 

how do i do this? I want it to be on homepage and have its own page like 

the Wordpress blog app for ning? Im pretty sure there is some way to do this

since its a php based plugin i asume i just have to change some code etc,

just need some one to point me in the right direction.
