Twitter Share Button not Working (PLEASE HELP!)

I added share buttons to the diferent social media platforms and they all seem to be working but the twitter one and it has worked in the past.. I am not just why it is not working and help will be much appreciated..

The entire twitter site isn't working for me actually... This what is say when I try to click on it...
