Nano Scrollbars

How can we tweak the look of scrollbars on our networks to make them the new nano scrollbars like pic below. On https://github.com/jamesflorentino/nanoScrollerJS they show you placement but I didn't get it to work right with my Ning. I look forward to any help and appreciate you all. I have even included the up-to-date attachments they ask you to download.
